2022.4.29 World Yachi - Tohoku Expedition Day 0~Day 1-
This was quite some time ago, but I went on an expedition to Tohoku during Golden Week.
The goal is to see as many marshes as possible.
We particularly focused on areas that few people have the opportunity to visit, such as Aomori.

Arrival at the site
First, we depart late at night.
Our first destination is Sendai.
Start the car and keep going.

After a few hours of driving, we finally arrived at the hotel.
I was super hungry, so as soon as I arrived in Sendai I went to eat some ramen.
World valley exploration
▼The weather was bad, but it looked like it would hold out just fine, so we headed to Sekai Yachi!

▼We leave the forest and head towards the marsh.
I was tired from driving yesterday, but walking made me feel refreshed.

To Aomori
Once you've finished exploring, head north.
We tried to stop at Hachimantai on the way, but it was impassable due to snowfall.
The weather is generally bad, so it's probably snowing on the mountains.
We then headed straight for Aomori.
▼We ate at Machiju, a family restaurant in Kamikita.
▼It's a set meal restaurant with a nice atmosphere.
▼Tonight we're staying at a hot spring inn.
The open-air bath under the cold sky was amazing!

summary
Although the weather was bad on the first day, we still managed to explore Sekai Yachi.
The Asian skunk cabbages started to appear, and I could feel the arrival of spring.
I went to sleep, praying for the weather to improve.
