This is a marshland located in the Tamahara Plateau in Gunma Prefecture.
It is located at the foot of Mt. Hotaka and is surrounded by beech forests.

About the toilets
During the season, the center house is open from 9:00 to 17:00.
There are toilets and vending machines in the center house.
As of November 11th it was closed for the winter.
There are also toilets at the Tamahara Nature Center, which were still available as of November 11th.

The parking lot can accommodate over 100 cars in total.
