This is a marshland located at the foot of Mt. Chokai in Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture.
As one of the Mt. Chokai wetlands, it has been selected as an important wetland.
It has an abundance of water, is one of the trailheads for Mt. Chokai, and also serves as a campsite.

Basically, there are no dangerous areas.
You can walk in sneakers.

About 2 hours and 20 minutes from Shinjo IC
Generally the roads are narrow and the ground is poor.
There were places where it was chipped or fallen off.
If your car is low it may get damaged.
You will be walking about 13km on a very difficult road, so be prepared.
