Equipment, stamina, and skills

There are short courses that take about 40 minutes to complete and long courses that take 1 hour and 30 minutes.

It's generally flat and has boardwalks, making it easy to walk.

There is no shade so it's a good idea to bring plenty of water with you in the middle of summer.
