This is a marshland located in Showa Village, Onuma District, Fukushima Prefecture.
It consists of two layers: a high marsh and a low marsh.
It is a historic marshland that was formed 80,000 years ago and is thought to be the second oldest in Japan.

Equipment, stamina, and skills
One revolution takes about 40 minutes.
There is a walking trail that circles the marshland and the swamp.
There are well-packed dirt paths and boardwalks that are paved.
You can generally walk in sneakers, but hiking shoes are safer.
There is snow in December, so hiking boots are recommended.
