Touring the Marshes
The three main attractions on Mt. Hiuchi are Takaya Pond, Tengu Garden, and the summit.
They are all excellent and it's hard to choose a favorite.
It's a tough process that involves climbing, but the views are well worth it.

Summit.
It's spacious, so you can relax.
On one side stretches the Sea of Japan, and on the other is Tengu's Garden.
It is truly a mountain top with flowers in both hands.

Please see the article below for the details of the exploration!
Equipment, stamina, and skills
If you plan to hike to the summit in one day, you will need to be physically fit (the course time will exceed 9 hours).
However, since it is difficult to make a reservation for Takayaike Hut, it may be a good idea to start off with a day trip to Takayaike Pond and Tengu Garden.
In the beginning, you just walk along the boardwalk. This means that you also walk along the boardwalk towards the end of the journey back, which wears down your leg strength.

From the middle of the trail onwards, the trail becomes like this.

The second half of the journey follows a road with good visibility.

About the creatures that live there
You can encounter a variety of alpine plants.
Each season has its own charm, so if you do some advance preparation you'll enjoy it even more.
