Just a pond?

▼It seemed like there might be something further in, so I decided to walk down the path in the forest.

▼The road was muddy and scary, but I found something that looked like it.
We managed to park the car and started exploring!

▼There are lots of skunk cabbages.

▼ Walk along the narrow boardwalk.

▼If you go further in, you’ll see a field of Asian skunk cabbage!
They bloom as if threading their way between the trees.

▼There are quite a few of them.

▼Even though it was the best time to see the flowers, there was no one there.
Not well known?
Because the weather is bad?

▼The boardwalk is so old and dilapidated that we can’t go any further.
It's a shame because it looks like it will continue to be amazing.

▼We also encountered some tree frogs.

▼Pile of feces
Tanuki?

▼Okubo Pond seen from the marsh side.

▼It was spring-like, and there were many other flowers blooming besides the skunk cabbage.

▼The cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
