竜ヶ原湿原に行ってみよう!

Ryugahara Marsh is a marsh located near the 5th station of Mt. Chokai.

Heavy snowfall provides an abundant supply of water, making it a habitat for a variety of plants and animals.

It is also the trailhead for Mt. Chokai, so it is visited by many climbers and marsh hikers.

▼The route around the marsh has little elevation change, so it's easy to navigate.

If you're not confident in your physical strength, you can still enjoy walking up and down the boardwalk or just going to the observation deck.

It takes about 30 minutes to go around.

If you go round trip on the boardwalk, it will take about 10 minutes to see the whole view.

The parking lot is large, but it does get crowded because it is also the trailhead for Mt. Chokai.
