Equipment, stamina, and skills

▼It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to reach the marsh and about 30 to 40 minutes inside the marsh.

There is a boardwalk through the marshland area, but other areas may be overgrown with vegetation.

▼The incline is gentle so it is easy on the body.

It was a very hot summer so it would be nice to have more to drink.

Because there are paths like this, hiking boots are more comfortable than sneakers.

After passing Ryuo Ski Resort the road becomes narrower.

There are no facilities around the marsh, so advance preparation is necessary.

The parking lot has space for about 3 to 4 cars.

Even on a Saturday there was no one there and I was able to park easily.

I was there for about an hour or two, but no one came by when I left.
