summary
Hachimantai is an easily accessible marshland with stunning scenery.
The trails are short and flat, and there are plenty of rest houses, so even beginners can enjoy it safely.
As it is in the northeastern part of Tohoku, the weather is stable from late July to early August, and we recommend it as the contrast between the blue sky and the green marshes is beautiful.
It is also one of the 100 famous mountains of Japan, so it feels like a good deal.
