Let's visit the Tonogaike wetland plant community!

The Tochigaike wetland plant community is a wetland located around an agricultural irrigation pond of approximately 10 hectares.
Gardenias grow naturally along the road on the south side of the pond; at the time the site was designated a park, there were nearly 1,000 of them, but now there are only about 400.

In the wetlands, you can see marsh plants such as iris and Japanese iris.
